NF-A14 FLX,NF-A14 ULN
Firstly lets take a look at Noise vs Performance, As you can see in the chart below, there is nothing in our current database that can offer what Noctua does. Noctua once again prove you can produce quiet fans without sacrificing airflow… Now based on the above we’d expect the new Noctua fans to dominate the competition..in the overclocked test. We set our test CPU to 4.4Ghz and stress the system to 100%. We don’t see Noctua comes out on top, however consider the noise levels from the competition. To Better the Noctua NF14?s you’ll have to pay the price of louder fans..
"We had no issue deciding what award these products are worth. They win our Editors Choice, They offering amazing performance and flexibility. The subtle differences between the two models, and the included extras make these the most versatile fans we’ve tested to date. With the NF-A14 ULN the noise level to performance ratio is ideal for HPTC or media boxes, or those just wanting a quieter set-up. The FLX has so much to offer for those with performance needs, and the sound to level to performance ratio is phenomenal." (Connor & John Glenton, Geekteck.net)
