The participant must be 18 years of age or older.
If a winner cannot be notified, fails to respond to our inquiry within three (3) days of being contacted by Noctua, or does not provide the required information needed for shipping the prize, the prize will be considered forfeited and a new winner will be chosen according to the criteria Noctua has lined out in its’ original giveaway announcement.
A participant has to be an end customer and a natural person. Businesses, vendors or bots are ineligible to participate in this giveaway.

The giveaway winners will not be required to purchase any product or pay for any service in order to participate.
