SecuFirm™ & SecuFirm2™ standard with Phillips PH2
Featuring a Phillips PH2 head, the NM-SD2 is a perfect match for all cross recess type screws used in Noctua’s SecuFirm™ and SecuFirm2™ mounting systems. As such, it is an ideal companion for more than 40 heatsink models since 2005.
150mm long shaft
Reaching the mounting screws of large tower style CPU coolers and applying sufficient pressure can be tricky, or depending on the design, even impossible with regular screwdrivers. Thanks to its 15cm long shaft, the NM-SD2 makes installing large heatsinks a breeze.
Magnetic tip
Tired of dropping screws in fully assembled systems when installing or removing coolers? The magnetic tip of the NM-SD2 is incredibly handy when space is tight and screws are hard to reach, such as in Small Form Factor builds.
Large, comfortable grip
The large, rubberised grip of the NM-SD2 makes it a pleasure to operate and easy to apply pressure to spring-loaded mounting screws - ideal for power users who install and remove their coolers on a regular basis or professional system integrators who install dozens of coolers per day.
