NF-P12
As you see in results comparison, NF-P12 has easily outperformed the Evercool 120mm fan, which has about 100 more rpm's. In noise comparison Noctua was also much more quiet than Evercool. Currently I think that NF-P12 is the best CPU cooler fan for its price/performance ratio. It offers a decent bundle which includes two speed adaptors, vibration compensator.
