I'm going to test the SE2 using both fans at full speed, since this gives the best performance. if you'd like to see how the cooler does with different configurations of the fans and fan speeds, have a look at our original review here. I'll be testing against the CoolIT Domino which claims to be able to keep up with high end air cooling [...]. As you can see, the SE2 has a 9.5c lead over the Domino at stock/full load and the gap grows smaller as we increase the overclock and Vcore. [...] One other major plus point for the SE2 here is that even with both fans running at full speed, the noise levels are minimal - In fact, when i first turned it on, I had to check that both fans were running as it was so quiet!
