Comparing the fans is interesting, the Noctua runs at 200rpm (14%) slower but manages to shift 5% more air, at the same time running 32% quieter! [...] Once again, Noctua have delivered a very high quality product that runs slower, quieter, yet moves more air than the competition. With its 120mm mounting holes it's probably the only 140mm fan that can be used to cool CPUs too.
