NH-C12P SE14
The C-shape brings with it some benefits over tower coolers; the gaps at the edge of the heat-sink provide airflow to the components surrounding the CPU and the low height of the cooler increases its compatibility with compact cases. In fact, the C12P stands at a meagre 114mm tall with the fan installed which is substantially less than most tower coolers.
The Noctua C12P SE14 is a premium quality cooler that offers good performance at a premium price. The NF-P14 fan is very quiet at full speed and almost becomes inaudible when the low-noise adapters are used. The low height of the cooler makes it ideal for use in compact cases where there may not be a huge amount of headroom above the motherboard. (Henry Butt, Hardwareheaven.com)
