NH-D14
I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the cooling performance of the Noctua NH-D14. With idle temperatures of around 23 degrees Celsius, it's one of the lowest we've seen to date. Full load temperatures were even more impressive. During our tests, we ran our test rig at full load for several hours, and our CPU temperature barely it 40 degrees Celsius. What makes this CPU cooler stand out from the rest, is fact the it comes with 2 low noise fans.
"The Noctua NH-D14 is the biggest CPU cooler we've tested and in the case, size does matter. It offers exceptional cooling performance, cooled by 2 low noise fans that's hardly audible. If you want an impressive cooler in terms of looks, cooling performance and low noise level ... there is only one answer. Go and get the Noctua NH-D14 now!" (Winston Chim, FunkyKit.com)
