NH-D14
As you can see from the results the NH-D14 had some pretty impressive results, with an Idle temperature of 31°C and a load temperature at 42°C. I was also surprised to find that attaching the ULNA adapters to the fans didn’t increase the temperatures that much, only by a single degree under the load condition. It would be wise to connect the ULNA if you’re looking for a quiet and high performing system.
"The Noctua NH-D14 is by far one of the best CPU coolers that I’ve seen. It’s definitely large and in charge. It provides high quality heatsinks, heatpipes, fans, and thermal compound installed by SecurFirm2 to provide only the best performance results. While the NH-D14 comes at a hefty price of $89.99 at Newegg, it’s still one of the best air coolers on the market." (Greg Baden, TechArkade.com)
