With just one fan the Noctua beast definitely hung in there with the likes of the Titan Amanda and the Scythe Infinity, the current respective Load and Idle champs here at PC. Everything changed when it came to a dual fan setup, where the Noctua cooler dethroned the Scythe Infinity as the Pure Air Champ and came up just one degree short of the Amanda, which will use more power and is a lot noisier due to its dual 90mm fans.
