NH-C14
My regular readers will know that in the last year I've not only tested almost all the Noctua CPU coolers, but I've also put them up against a lot of competition in that time too. When it comes to sheer silence, the NH-C14 holds the crown - with the U.L.N.A adapters you can't hear it at all. Looking at performance, the NH-C14 is also one of the highest performers overall, and definitely the highest performer when it comes to running low fan speeds.
