NH-C14
From a performance standpoint Noctua’s C14 has the chops to play with the big boys in this industry without making an absolute racket. The dual 140mm NF-P14 fans have the ability to move a copious amount of air without the need to spin past a leisurely 1200 RPM which leads to some highly impressive low noise cooling results.
