NH-C14
The NH-C14 is what we would expect from Noctua: top notch cooling performance, but doing so without any loud and obnoxious cooling fans. During the testing phase you would think the cooler is passive, or the fans were not functioning, as we did not hear a sound from it. This was all accomplished without even having to resort to the low noise adapters that were included.
