NF-S12B FLX
In case the NF-S12B is too loud for your tastes (in my testing the NF-S12B didn’t go past 16 decibels), it does come supplied with a low noise and ultra low noise adapters. Using the low noise adapters does slow down the NF-S12B to 900 rpm for the low noise adapter and 600 rpm for the ultra low noise adapter. In my testing of the NF-S12B, I found that my stock case fans were much louder than my NF-S12B, so I didn’t feel the need to use the low noise adapter in the MachoCave.TV reference system build.
