NF-F12 PWM
While it didn't outperform any of the other fans as a general purpose case fan, the fact that it kept up while being designed for use on a heatsink is enough for me to believe it will outperform them in that setting and the power cable will not be an issue due to the placement of the heatsink on the CPU.
