Both the Intel Liquid Cooler and the Noctua NH-D14 were nearly inaudible. Actually, I would have to say that the Noctua couldn’t be heard at all. The Intel fan made a slightly audible noise, and the pump did as well, so I couldn’t say that it is effectively silent.
