As you can see, the Noctua performed admirably. Not only did the NC-U6 reduce temperatures across the board, the delta Ts (temp difference between idle and load,) were lowered as well. Granted, the differences aren't huge, but they can be significant to some users, particularly overclockers and silent PC enthusiasts.
