NT-H1,NT-H1 10g,NT-H1 3.5g
It was only when the NT-H1 was put under heavy load that its true colours were revealed. To our surprise the temperatures between the two compounds were greatly different. Don't get us wrong we expected a difference in temps between the two and expected the NT-H1 to outperform the pre applied compound. But what we found blew our expectations away ! With the NT-H1 keeping the 2500k on average between 7-8 °c cooler than the pre applied compound as you can see in the graph below. Ok to say that we were excited to get our hands on the NT-H1 and get the testing underway is a bit of an understatement, everything we had heard previous to this review was all good. It lived up to every one of its unique properties such as having no burning in time, ease of use and overall performance. As you can see from our test results it performed exceptionally well and we look forward to testing against other aftermarket thermal compounds as opposed to pre-applied compounds.
"So the one question we set out with at the beginning of this review was; Is an aftermarket solution really worth the extra price ? And after what we have seen here over the last few days the answer is yes. (only proved furthermore because now we here at Frostbyte use NT-H1 in our personal projects and is something we will be using for the foreseeable future)." (Josh Thompson, Frostbyte-Reviews.net)
