NH-C14
The NH-C14 performed remarkably well when used in normal configuration or with the noise adaptors. As the graphs show, the difference between the stock Intel Liquid Cooler and the Noctua NH-C14 at stock configuration, the temperature difference was a degree Centigrade with the Intel Core i7- 3960X at full load across all six cores. Even with the Ultra-Low Noise Adapters the difference was 3.4°C which, considering the low fan speeds, is impressive. Furthermore, with the fans spinning at only 750RPM, the noise level was at inaudible levels.
"Noctua has yet again created a cooler that excites. With its impressive thermal performance and low noise levels, the NH-C14 is ideal for those wanting a high-performance cooler but either don’t want a tower cooler or can’t accommodate one in their chassis." (Michael Reed, PCFormat)
