NF-F12 PWM
Noctua’s NF-F12 PWM performed pretty well @ 783 RPM compared to Antec counterpart at 965 RPM and compared to Corsair Quiet series viz. running at 950 RPM. If you can spend and you have a need for it on both low and high CFM, Noctua NF-F12 will not disappoint you at all with low and high RPM- and then there’s the 6 years of warranty period attached with it. Again, although comparing sleeve bearing with the other 2 fan isn’t fair, between the 2 fans made for low RPM operation- Noctua NF-F12 PWM and Corsair Quiet Edition, NF-F12 does a better job at even lesser RPM.
"Noctua does well whether you use it on lower RPM or higher RPM. Its a PWM fan and you get 6 years of warranty period. Its expensive but you won’t be disappointed." (Roshan Ashraf Shaikh, HardwareBBQ.com)
