[W]we used a particular machine that had overheating issues on the CPU. We knew the TIM had been unchanged for many years and decided to use a generic brand first, then see how the NT-H1 compared to it. The stock Intel cooler was removed and existing TIM cleaned. With a new application of generic TIM the overheating issue was solved. We were then able run Intel Burn Test to record the full load results. [...] We saw an impressive 15c decrease compared to the generic TIM .
"The Noctua NT-H1 is not a new product on the market but in our testing it proved exactly we I had assumed it would. It's clearly a top quality TIM." (John & Connor Glenton, GeeTeck.com)
