NC-U6
As seen in both tests, the Noctua cooler performed much better than the stock cooler, with temperatures decreasing approximately 4 degrees during idle and 3 degrees during full load. Given that the existing cooler was had a fan and the Noctua cooler is passive, that's a great improvement.
"The Noctua NC-U6 chipset cooler is one of those rare components that has both solid performance and silent operations at the same time. The cooler also has a flexible design that offers improved performance over a stock chipset cooler. The design takes into account the various chipset designs and mounting configurations, addressing any compatibility issues. Overall, if you're looking to improve your Northbridge chipset performance along with reducing noise, you'd be hard pressed to find a better cooler than the Noctua NC-U6." (Michael Chiu, Rbmods.com)
