"Can I recommend them? Yes. If you can get past the fact that the 80mm and 120mm fans cost $8.99 and $24.99 (US) respectively, I certainly recommend them. They move a good amount of air and they are quiet but they do so with a higher than normal price tag. However, if you're willing to pay a few dollars more for the 80mm fan, and anywhere between 5 and 10 dollars extra for the 120mm fan, you won't be disappointed with your purchase."
