After the NF-F12 series, I really thought there was nothing more to add to this fan series from Noctua. I mean they were able to keep the fans quiet and performance well under various cooling situations. I believe Noctua is just on a quest to give their fans (buyers) more options and more value for their money. This shows in the newer Noctua NF-S12A series. Each fan is given a new set of features and technical specifications with the only difference between them are the rotation speeds. Noctua is continuing to produce winners and we really enjoy bringing them to you. These fans will cost you anywhere from $20 to $27 making them pricey. But you are getting features that you will not find in other fans in the same price range made by other brands.
