NC-U6
The Noctua NC-U6 is completely passive which means there is absolutely no noise that comes from it. It is able to squeak out slightly superior performance without using a fan. During my testing the motherboard was flat on it's bottom and had no air moving across it like you would normally have in a conventional computer case, so I expect real world usage would result in better scores for the Noctua.
