NH-D15
The NH-U14S shows better performance than NH-D15, and I'd 'blame' the fins and heatpipes arrangement. The NH-U14S heatsink is 12cm tall and has larger space between fins, while NH-D15 has only 11cm per tower and less space between fins. As the fan is the same, only the design can determine the cooling performance.
