I was able to set up performance with this cooler that beat the entry level watercooling! Adding the second fan to the cooler probably did bring noise up to the same level as the Xaser case and LCS kit, but the fans on the cooler are at a much more pleasant tone and don't annoy me as much as the LCS's pump did.

The Noctua NH-U12P when set up in the right conditions, and with a second fan (in a push/pull config), can even outperform entry level watercooling kits, that is great performance for an air cooler, and coupled with the low noise makes it a very capable cooler."
