NH-L9x65
For its class, the L9x65 is excellent. I try not to generalize, but for its class Noctua has made a series of CPU air coolers that I wouldn’t be surprised if people pick up for its reputation in general- past and the present.
Even with an ambient temperature of 37 degrees Celcius, it stays 22 degrees Celcius cooler than Intel stock cooler even with 88w TDP rated Intel i7 4790K. It’s even cooler with the dual core based the Intel Pentium G3258. Note that this is tested inside a large full tower Lian Li A70F. Feel free to speculate challenges of airflow and clearance issues in a fully packed miniITX system with 2-3 storage drives, an SSD and maybe even a fully enjoyable graphic card according to the user’s requirements.
