According to our new test, the Noctua NH-U14S is undisputedly the best cooler on the market. It offers the best cooling performance at both 30 dB(A) and 40 dB(A), while simultaneously being quite a bit smaller than, say, the NH-D15 of the same brand. Because of the smaller size, you are less likely to run into issues during installation.
