NH-U12P
At it's lowest fan speed, the NH-U12P manages to tie/beat its louder competitors when the chip is running at stock speeds. Even when the fan speed is turned to its maximum, it's still barely audible and it outperforms all the other heatsinks on the block. The same thing goes for the heatsink when the CPU speed is pumped up to 3.7Ghz! It's hard to believe that more people don't recognize the performance of this heatsink, at 3ºC cooler than the TRUE, the NH-U12P manages to still keep its quiet operating noise. The motherboard temperatures are almost the same as the Thermaltake Big Typhoon VP, but without the additional 120mm fan!
