Overall, the NH-L9x65 from Noctua is an excellent product. It has a great build quality with a neat design, it’s quiet, and despite its compact size, it’s also one of the best-performing coolers we’ve ever tried. If you’re looking for smaller CPU coolers that have top-notch features and performs excellently, we highly recommend the Noctua NH-L9x65 CPU cooler.
