By far, the quietest fan, the 9-blade design really packs a punch. The noise level was measured about 12cm away from the top of the case, and included noise from power supply and hard drive (as I don’t have the special equipment yet). At stock speed the fan is almost not noticeable. The amount of air it pushes through, however, is very noticeable. It gets a nice, even flow of air.
