NF-A12x25 PWM
At lower speeds (below 1300 rpm), there is virtually no scenario in which the NF-A12x25 does not perform at top performance. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re interested in cooling performance for a radiator or for system cooling.
The dominance of the NF-A12x25 PWM is always evident, and at the same time at the most balanced noise levels across the frequency spectrum. In other words, the sound is really more pleasant to the ear than other fans with similar performance. The fact that Noctua is ahead of everyone else in terms of design is also evidenced by the extremely low vibration. We have measured some, but only at maximum power and they were of very low intensity. Considering the fact that the anti-vibration measures here are very simple, the vibrations are really negligible for such a high performance.
"All the glory and respect of the Noctua NF-A12x25 “sterrox” fan is well deserved. We waited a long time to release its tests, mainly because it was necessary to analyze more seemingly similar designs first. This is necessary to understand why Noctua’s most popular fan among standard thickness models has no competition. " (Ľubomír Samák, HWCooling.net)
