Noctua has a reputation for having some of the best quality and performing PC fans on the market and with that, they are also known for taking all of the time needed to bring even the smallest of products to market. If it isn’t perfect in their eyes, they keep working on it or scrap it altogether. Their desk fan and with it the entire Noctua Home lineup is a great example of that.
