NF-P12
When opening the first box I realized that these Noctua fans were significantly heavier than the Antec Tri-Cools were. This is a good thing because the Antecs seemed "flimsy" although they were sturdy at the same time. That made sense to me, and I have not other way of explaining it. One of the first things I noticed when I turned on my computer after the installation of these fans was that it didn't sound like an airplane anymore. The old Antec fans that I had on the TRUE before were so loud I could hear my computer running from the top of the stairs. I thought that was pretty cool, but it's pretty nice not having a leaf blower going in your ear 24/7.
"From looking at the test results I'm glad to say that I would much rather have the Noctua NF-P12 fans over the Antec Tri-Cools any day. The noise factor, ~5 degree difference in temperatures, and also the weight/build quality of the Noctua's is enough to steer me towards them." (Austin Thorne, TechArkade.com)
