Mounting and upgrade kits
We provide mounting upgrades for Noctua CPU coolers free of charge, so if you would like to continue using your Noctua cooler on a new socket, we will send you a new mounting kit at no additional cost. For ordering our mounting kits, a proof of purchase (photo, scan or screenshot of the invoice) of both a Noctua CPU cooler and hardware components corresponding to the specific kit are required.

Fan mounting clip service
We provide fan mounting clips for Noctua CPU coolers free of charge if required, e.g. if customers would like to add a third Noctua fan to their dual tower cooler or if they would like to install a different type of Noctua fan that is not supported by the stock fan clips that came with the cooler. To order the required clips, please use this form.
Direct RMA service
Even with high-grade products and strict quality control, the possibility of defects cannot be eliminated entirely. Therefore, we aim at providing the highest possible level of dependability and convenience by offering a warranty period of up to 72 months and direct, fast and straightforward RMA service. In case of warranty, you can either request RMA at your retailer or use our Direct RMA Service. After you've filled out the RMA form and uploaded a scan of your invoice, one of our support staff members will contact you shortly to organise the return of the original item and the shipment of a replacement product.

Do you have any questions or problems in connection with our products? Our support team is happy to help you at any time! You can contact our service team at support@noctua.at or using our contact form.
Please note that we feel obliged to respond to every customer inquiry in an appropriate time frame. However, it may occur that your mail server or email provider refuses our reply or accidentally moves it to the spam folder. We use a ticketing system that sends a confirmation receipt when we receive your inquiry. In case you don’t get a receipt within 15 minutes after sending your inquiry or if you don’t get a reply from our support team after 7 working days, please check your spam folders or contact us using a different mail account.
