Mounting and upgrade kits
We provide mounting upgrades for Noctua CPU coolers free of charge, so if you would like to continue using your Noctua cooler on a new socket, we will send you a new mounting kit at no additional cost. For ordering our mounting kits, a proof of purchase (photo, scan or screenshot of the invoice) of both a Noctua CPU cooler and hardware components corresponding to the specific kit are required.
The following kits are currently available:
NM-AM4 mounting-kit: Makes Noctua CPU coolers compatible with AMD's AM4 socket.
NM-AM4-UxS mounting-kit: Makes the NH-U14S, NH-U12S and NH-U9S compatible with AMD AM4.
NM-AM4-L9aL9i mounting-kit: Makes the NH-L9a and NH-L9i compatible with AMD AM4.
NM-I2011 mounting-kit: Upgrades older Noctua CPU coolers to LGA2011/LGA2066.
NM-i115x mounting-kit: Upgrades older Noctua CPU coolers to LGA1156/1155/1151/1150.
NM-I3 mounting-kit: Upgrades Noctua CPU coolers to LGA1366 & LGA775.
Direct RMA Service
Even with high-grade products and strict quality control, the possibility of defects cannot be eliminated entirely. Therefore, we aim at providing the highest possible level of dependability and convenience by offering a warranty period of up to 72 months and direct, fast and straightforward RMA service. In case of warranty, you can either request RMA at your retailer or use our Direct RMA Service. After you've filled out the RMA form and uploaded a scan of your invoice, one of our support staff members will contact you shortly to organise the return of the original item and the shipment of a replacement product.

Please note that we feel obliged to respond to every customer inquiry in an appropriate time frame.
