This is our recommendation if the performance of the cooler is sufficient for the CPU at typical workloads but may not be sufficient to prevent the CPU from throtteling or dropping below base clock with continuous full CPU loads such as when running stress tests, benchmarks, audio/video encoding, rendering or similar tasks that cause 100% CPU load for longer periods of time. This resitriction is usually not relevant for the majority of users as the cooling performance will be sufficient for most standard tasks such as office or gaming use as well as shorter spikes of 100% CPU load. However, users who stress their processor at 100% for longer periods of time need to be aware that this may lead to reduced performance due to high temperatures.
