FAQ: Why are Noctua products sometimes sold on Amazon at prices higher than the MSRP?

Please note that we have no control over the pricing policy of Amazon itself (sold and shipped by Amazon) or third-party sellers. However, if you buy on Amazon directly from us (sold by “Noctua Cooling Solutions” or “NOCTUA - Designed in Austria”, either shipped by Amazon or shipped buy us), we always sell our products at the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) or lower. The only exception is when a product is out of stock and a third-party seller offers it at an excessive price, because in this case, Amazon’s algorithm would automatically disable the product if we offered it at the regular price. In this case, we are forced to increase the price temporarily and can only reduce it to the regular level a few days later in order to avoid that the product will be deactivated. In such a case, please wait with your purchase until we have managed to reduce the price to the regular level again. We have no intention whatsoever selling products at excessive prices, but we need to make sure that our product listings don’t get disabled.
