NH-U14S
With Gigabyte G1 Sniper 5 motherboard as an example for the push-pull configuration, the CPU cooler manages to maintain a very small gap between the Kingston HyperX Beast memory and the fan. The rubber mount on the fan acts as a "spacer". This is the part where I understood why did Noctua use the words "Full RAM compatibility with LGA2011". Though it shouldn't be a big deal unless you have memory kits with ridiculously large memory spreaders.
" Noctua NH-U14S benefits a bit from push-pull configuration in comparison with NH-U12S with push-pull with overclocked setup. If you need a solid built CPU cooler with good mounting kits and add-ons, this is good. Noctua NH-U12S does have a bit of an advantage when its having a smaller size, but NH-U14S with push-pull is an excellent choice to shortlist. (Roshan Ashraf Shaikh, HardwareBBQ.com)
